Adam Raga Triumphs on Day One of the 2025 Scottish Six Days Trial
Fort William, Scotland — May 5, 2025
After a 25-year absence from the event, Spanish trials legend Adam Raga has made a spectacular return to the Scottish Six Days Trial, clinching a shared victory on the opening day of the 2025 event. Raga, competing aboard the new Sherco 300 Raga Replica, demonstrated exceptional skill and composure to complete a perfect day without incurring any penalties.
Sherco also dominated the top end of the results, placing five riders in the top ten. Jack Peace sits in third position with 2 points, his brother Dan Peace is fourth, also with 2 points, Harry Turner is sixth with 3 points, and reigning champion Jack Price currently holds eighth position, also on 3 points.
In the Manufacturers Award, Sherco has taken an early lead, with the Factory team of Jack Price, Jack Peace, and Adam Raga totaling just 5 points — ahead of Beta in second place with 11 points.
In the Women’s category, our 10-time World Champion Emma Bristow leads the class, while Katlyn Adshead, riding for Emma’s Sherco UK team, holds an impressive second place in her debut appearance at the SSDT.
The competition continues tomorrow with another challenging day ahead, where tighter time constraints are expected to add even more drama. Follow our UK socials for daily updates.
