THE SECOND ROUND OF THE ENDUROGP WAS HELD IN SPOLETO, ITALY.

The second round of the EnduroGP was held in Spoleto – Italy this past weekend under rainy conditions. Conditions which allowed the riders to adjust themselves to different terrain conditions and to confirm the excellent general state and form of the team.

Antoine Magain has quickly found his position on the team and on the 250 SE FACTORY. He secured a good 4th place on Saturday. On Sunday, fighting for victory, he suffered a fall in the last enduro test while trying everything to gain the top step of the podium. He was able to climb to the 3rd step of the podium, his first EnduroGP podium in Elite!

In E2 Matteo Cavallo had the best scratch time for the SuperTest on Friday evening and set the tone for this Italian GP in front of his local crowd.

The rest of the weekend was a little more complicated, Matteo had trouble finding the right rhythm and crashed several times. Despite everything, he remained consistent and finished 5th on Saturday and Sunday.

Enric Francisco improved his finishes over his mixed beginnings in France. He was 7th on Saturday and won his first Elite podium in E3 on Sunday! He was very satisfied with his results especially in muddy conditions that Enric does not necessarily like. This podium will give him confidence for the future.

Finally, on the junior side, Sherco’s dominance continued despite the rainy conditions.

Théo Espinasse continues his momentum by winning the first day. He finished third on the second day after committing a big fault in the enduro test in the second round.

Hamish MacDonald reverses the roles of the previous weekend and won this Italian GP! He started strong with a second place on Saturday despite an error in the Xtreme special. He then completely dominated the day on Sunday in muddy conditions which he particularly enjoys.

The fight is on between Théo and Hamish who already have a good lead over their pursuers.

The CH Sherco Factory Racing team hopes to see you on November 6 for the GP of Portugal, on the site of Marco de Canaveses.
