2011 SHERCO ENDURO 4.5i-F

More Powerful, More Manageable
The new 2011 Sherco Enduro models have been updated and improved based on the information derived from the official team machines ridden by Jordan Curvalle and Fabien Planet in the 2011 world championship races. The changes have also been made based on the lessons learned from the performance of Graham Jarvis in extreme races and also from stage victories in the Rally of Casteu, races that have validated our technical skills in the most demanding competitions in the world in terms of reliability. In 2011 Sherco will prove its performance by its rideability. More than ever in 2011 when you think of Enduro you will think Sherco!

Modifications to the chassis for 2011 are intended to provide a true “enduro” feel, the frame is designed
to provide more front wheel grip and a reassuring feel at all times.
Across the entire 2011 line, the frame geometry has been revised to better guide the front wheel,
causing greater maneuverability while maintaining the stability that Sherco is famous for.
The new “billet” triple clamps have been redesigned to provide additional adjustments (fore and aft and
height) for the tapered handlebars. The suspension settings have been modified to provide more comfort
on small bumps and be more rigorous on the big hits at high speeds.
Extensive work has been done on the engines to reduce weight, increase power and improve appearance.
The main cases are now pressure injected which increases strength and reduces weight. The clutch has been redesigned; it has an additional plate, along with a new master cylinder for a more progressive feel and better resistance in extreme conditions. It has a new surface treatment on the hub which improves cold operation and helps contribute to the more progressive feel.
The SE 4.5i-F receives a new camshaft, it is the new V2, which provides significant more horsepower at high revs and a more linear power curve. The injection mapping has been revised to adapt to the new V2 camshaft.
NEWS FOR 2011
. New V2 camshaft (more power at high revs and a more linear power curve)
