  SHERCO IN GERMANY  
  ASIMO, Importer Sherco SE for Germany  
     
 
 

The importation of enduro motorcycles in Germany is an adventure. The family Evesque, living about 40 kilometers east to Stuttgart in Ohmden, started this challenge in October 2011.
For this fact the company ASIMO GmbH was founded of the two partners Christian (52, father) and Ferdinand (23, son).
Since 1999 offroad on two wheels is the hobby of the family Evesque. They started with motocross and participated in different championships. Since 2007 they focused on Enduro and Trial, regularly engaged in famous courses like the Erzberg-Rodeo in Austria.
 
     
   
     
  Professionally Christian, who has his roots in France (Grenoble), a graduated engineer in mechanics and International Welding Engineer (IWE), started his career 30 years ago, therefrom 20 years as self-employment. Ferdinand is prepairing his bachelor thesis in engineering (automotive and combustion engine technology) at the tchincal university of Munich (TUM). In summer 2011 he had the opprtunity to make an internship over several months at the SHERCO factory in NĂ®mes. Working in the engine department, he could gain a lot of experience that now serve the german dealers.
The name ASIMO of the new company, responsible for the importation of enduro motorcycles of SHERCO on the german market, has following definition: Advanced Solutions for Individual MObility. That suits exactly the excellent product range of SHERCO enduro motorcycles!
The new building of ASIMO for storage, motorcycle reparations and training courses for dealers is under construction and is going to be finished in midyear 2012. Nevertheles the building enables already the storage of motorcycles and spare parts and their distribution all over Gremany.
